Enquiries cannot be refunded in the following circumstances:
Doesn't pick up - The enquirer doesn't answer their phone or reply to emails
Already found an answer- The enquirer has already found the advice they're looking for or changed their mind
Advice not required- The enquiry doesn't require an IFA
Mortgage- The purpose of the enquiry is to discuss a mortgage or remortgage
